What is a gas safety certificate?
A CP42 certificate proves your business complies with Gas Safety Regulations.
Renewed yearly, it's issued by a qualified engineer. As a commercial property owner, it's your responsibility to ensure gas appliances are maintained and serviced regularly.
A valid CP42 certificate is required to show checks have been done by a registered gas safe engineer. Not having one is breaking the law and puts people's lives at risk.

A gas analyzer is the most commonly used tool to test the flue, measuring the levels of Carbon Monoxide (CO) and other gases in the flue gas. Based on the test results, our engineers will determine whether your boiler requires any repairs or adjustments to ensure it operates safely and efficiently.
